Our Croquet Season at Hickling Barn is every Tuesday from April to October 10.15am to 1pm. Being an outdoor activity, Croquet is played, weather permitting, on four well cut and rolled courts behind the Barn. All equipment is provided. If the weather prevents play, we adjourn into the Barn and play board and card games.

During the non-playing season, (November to March), we still continue to meet at the Barn and play our board and card games. Various social events are also arranged.

Members combine gentle exercise with competitive fun in the fresh air, as well as employing devious tactics, playing a version of Croquet called Golf. Strange, but true.

So, even if you have never played Croquet before, come and give it a try. Or come along purely for the indoor Games.
